Happy 4th!
Abbreviated post today. Worked today and yesterday at the video store, and doing the picnic thing a little later, though it will be brief, as Laura hasn't quite worked out of her fear of fireworks. So by 9 tonight, I should be home watching the Joel Casamayor fight from last night.
Yankees just finished getting swept by the Mets and all I can say is oh well. Yesterday they should have won, but Joe brainfarted and put Tanyon Sturtze in to start the 9th instead of the warm Mariano. Today they should have won, but Tom Gordon came up a little short. The less said about Friday night, the better.
